| tula doesnt mean rarity right off the bat, the tula and ishvezk(spelling?) arsenals were kind of adopted as the higher quality russian arsenals. mine just happened to be the tula arsenal, maybe that's why it's lasted for so long, and still operational. anyways, the older pre-1936(correct me if i'm wrong) M91/30's had a hexagon shaped receiver, they are usually more sought after, but most places only charge about $10 or so more for the hexagon shaped receiver versus the round receiver. a good price of a round receiver M91/30 in very good shape is on average about $90 or so....think that's about national average....altho some local places will charge upwards of $150-$250, just cause they believe they can find a sucker....only one i know of that's actually worth that amount are the ex-snipers, and they are pretty much the supreme quality M91/30's....according to what i've heard, they took the highest quality M91/30's from off the assembly line and tapped em for sniper mounts. not sure of the percentage of the ones used for snipers, so in turn i'm not sure of the numbers of remaining ex-snipers. but look online at a few places and see if the local shops will let you buy thru them for a transfer fee, a good transfer fee is around 10-15%....if no one will let you buy thru them, see how much they'll ask for 1 they can order, thru their supplier....they should want business tho.... anyways, dont overpay for a 91/30, especially a regular one, ex-sniper, ehhhh depends on shape....regular one, price range of $60-$120 for one in very good shape, depends alot on ur location, and if they have an over-stock of em. good luck.
