I remember when I was about 17 we saw this bobcat in a sage field and it didnt look that old so me and couple friends stopped to the truck to see if we could catch it, we surrounded it and I took off my jacket and when it ran by me I jumped on it with the jacket, *Big Mistake* dont ever do this ....that dam thing dam near killed me, all I remember was fur flying (mine) and teeth and claws OMG After screaming like a girl for dear life and my friends running for the truck.....lotta help they were..... it finally decided I had enough and ran off leaving me bleeding from head to toe......till this day I have nightmares bout that dam cat

well its like this.... being country boys growing up on the river for fun and to stay out of trouble we would ride the old dirt coal mine roads usually going fishing or just to spot wildlife.Well it was after a real good thunderstorm we decided to ride and do some 4x4ing in the mud when we rounded a bend in the road and there was this turkey in the mud and water beating his wings like it was mad ( which it was) It didnt see us so my friend got out of the truck and sneaked thru the woods to see how close he could get to it (got to close) with us watching all of a sudden he comes busting out of the cover and with one huge leap (aka:belly flop) manages to surprise this bird and grabs him buy one leg (another big mistake) well he soon found out those beaks just aint for eating and this thing knows kung foo cuz its fighting with the only leg its got free and doing a dam good job at it.Well by now by buddy has relized this was a mistake and in the battle grabs the turkey by the neck to try to controll it(another mistake) now it has both feet (aka: weapons) free and proceeds to rip him apart and him not having enough sence to let go. With feather flying and mud and water spashing everywhere I swear with us watching that dam bird drug him down the road with him sceaming *HALPPPPPP* screw you....remembering the bobcat , Finally he lets go of it and it runs off never taking flight and we drive on up to get our wounded friend who now says........ did ya know them spurs hurt? DUH

Hey, Okie,

I've raised a few Bobcats and Lynx in my past and these appear to be feral cats and not bobcats. The ears aren't don't appear to be big enough or it might just be the camera angle.

They look like feral cats to me also..If you not going to keep them indoors and let them roam, do them a favor and put them down. Sadly, the environment doesn't need more feral cats.

haha, thats good stuff fellas. that reminds me of the time a wild donkey got a deadlock bite on my fore arm! I managed to get a photo before the battle comenced. as i reached out of the window to pet the damn thing. wap! he wraped his teeth around my arm. my first instinct was to slug the jackass. so i gave him a shot right in the jaw. i dont know what this donkey was thinking but it was a vicious bastard. so i kicked open the door as fast as i could , trying to spook the darn thing. i look in the back of the rv and my buddys are all dying laughing about to cry, i couldnt help but to join in. for sakes, I just got in a fight with a jackass.
