President Roosevelt (I understand), did not want graphic (battle-field dead and other related) graphic-type photos released during the wartime years, for fear of public opinion. Many have been in storage and unpublicized since 1945. I have not figured out how or where to post some of the non-graphic photos here, thusfar? Most are about 650 pixels and larger. I can resize some of them, but too time consuming to do them all. May be too large to post? Best way would be to have a special photo forum of these type of photos for our World War 11 - Korean War Historical History.

Using INFANVIEW (Free) you can resize a whole folder of [photos to a new size, new format etc.
You can google and download a Free copy of infanview and then once installed click on FILE, then click on BATCH CONVERSION/RENAME then go to the folder with the files you want to convert or resize and ADD them, now drop down a tad in the box and select USE ADVANCED OPTIONS then click on SET ADVANCE OPTIONS and you can take it from there, pretty simple and works great. Been using it for awile to do exactly that.
