Redhed and Khahn shoot full auto

A few of us got together today and shot weapons. 3 of us shot an Uzi on full auto.

Here are a couple of short clips of the fun.

Is it wrong that I see "money" coming out of that ejection port?...

Kinda hard not to with prices of ammo these days.

GlockMeister, we did have a great time! It was me (I'm in the second video), redhead (she's in the first video), ouch and Jerry. My husband was there, too. It was a blast...pun intended. I see that you're from Northern IL. If you ever get down to Chandlerville go to Law Outdoor Range. The owner is a great guy and the range is very nice. Ouch...I'll get the video of you and redhead shooting the .50 cal posted as soon as I get it uploaded.

I was proudly present and accounted for.
We had a great day. Since this is on the ladies forum, I'm not shy to say that these two ladies made me proud on the range. They were heads up on all aspects of gun handling, marksmanship, safety, and just plain fun to shoot with.
To add, khahan's husband and Ouch were good range companions as well.
I shot a little bit by design. ( I did get to rock the 1911 a bit on the 7 yard line) NRAJOE'S Enfield I bought did pretty well. I also loved the look an everyones face when the 25 MPH wind blew the pyrodex smoke across the range after firing the TC .50. That said, my main goal was to enjoy the day and company of good folks. Thanks to everyone for letting me try thier toys out. khahan, I believe the .22 ammo I left you will be a winner for your mossberg. It was definitely a blast watching the gals shoot the Uzi I almost get more satisfaction out of seeing people having fun and teaching youngsters.

The range owner was a great guy. I visited with him for a while before everyone got to the range. I had the privilage of helping to put together some target stands and put them up. Rob is also a big fan of the cats. We were kept good company by the range cat known as Tim. Tim is a girl cat BTW. Look out in the future for good things to come from LAW guns

A foot note. I made it through the day on 2 cups of coffee. An amazing feat for me

Thanks you all again for a great day.

Best,
Jerry

Jerry, thanks for the kind compliment. I plan to try out that box of ammo on the Mossberg sometime this week. Thanks for sharing your toys, as well. This outing really affirmed for me what a great group of folks "gunners" are. The generosity, kindness, respect and true friendship that we encountered this weekend is simply second to none!

I can attest that a good time was had by all. Both camping and shooting. Khahn amazed me with her shooting skills. It's good to see the next generation keeping the tradition going with such skill and talent. We had a blast in spite of the lousy weather.

"Roughing it" as little as we did made us really realize how difficult it would be to survive if the SHTF. Hunting firewood to keep warm by was a challenge all by itself not to mention food preparation and just providing a means to heat water. The two days spent at Panther Creek left us with food for thought.

Jerry,we agree with Khahn, YOU ROCK! Thanks for patiently waiting for us on Saturday and for all you did bullet hunting for us. Not to mention all the loading and unloading of weapons that you helped us with. Next time you're by our way again there will be a pot of coffee for you.

There's plenty of ammo left guys. Let's hope for better weather and visit LAW's again. Maybe get all the Illinois Oppressed shooters together next time.

The only way it would have been better is if we'd had a Toolman there! (& I had enough sense to walk back to the truck for more coffee, LOL)
