Mine came with the cleaning rod from ClassicArms, but they sell a reproduction that is supposed to be perfect. They also have the capture screws, a NEAT little original cleaning kit, and A sharp reproduction sling. I actually got my sling on Ebay from this place called Landser Outfitters. It is also a perfect reproduction.
