yep, rabbits are good prepared right. I still have about 15 in my freezer maybe we should start eating them lol...

Yummy squirrel !! I love it, especially stewed or BBQ. Clean ,bone it and soak it in a can of bear and V8 juice over night in the fridge.
Mix - salt pepper-flower
Shake meat in the mix and then lightly brown it in a pan.
Open crockpot- put in:

1 can Beef Consume
1 diced green pepper
1 diced onion
2 cans of mushrooms
Add Italian Seasoning

Slow cook all day......yummy

yes I eat rabbit and squirrel. if you parbroil the squirrel a little before you fry it it wont be as tough Or you could roast them(one isnt enough) over open flames dont forget the beer.

When I moved to this place I live now, I was worried that some of the neighbors might take someone shooting a few critters as a bad thing, but after the squirrels managed to eat a few of those expensive imported suv harnesses, and they had to keep replaceing them, I noticed that alot of pellet guns being sighted in. A bunny hugger can only stand so much, lol. I have no idea how many bushy tailed rats they have gotten, but I notice they have cut down all of the trees that had squirrel nests in them, or hollow places. They burn all the branches, and don't have any brush piles. I did them a favor and put some brush piles around the common edges of our property.
