Yeah, oddly it does. I have big hands for a girl, but it fits well. My pinkie hangs off and curls under the bottom but it isn't uncomfortable and actually allows me to grip it well. Everyone keeps telling me to get the extension for the mags, but I don't think I will. It conceals perfectly, and I highly doubt I'll be using it for anything like IDPA anyway, so why bother.
