Question on MOLLE gear

I have a pack that is covered in PALS webbing so you can attach additional pouches onto. You can either use those speed clips that you weave in between the webbing and the add on pouch or you can use MOLLE compatible pouches.

Ive never used MOLLE gear before and just wondered how the pouches attach to the webbing.

Do I need a different third part like the speed clips or something similar or is it built into the pouch itself?

Any military vets or someone else with expirience that might have used this stuff?

-Thanks!

Ok thanks for reply, one follow up question.

If the weaving straps are for weaving, Im guessing they must detach from the pouch on at least one end? Is with is velcro or some other type of snap or something?
