Yugo underfolder stock.....loose?

Does anybody know what the correct position is for the yugo M70 underfolder? When i bought it the stock folded straight out. It has loosened up over time and is now at a slight downward angle when extended. Not much but enough to notice. It feels natural enough at the position that it is in but i just want to make sure that it is correct. I did find some info online about fixing a loose/wobbly stock but nothing is mentioned about stock positioning. Anybody have a clue??

The downward angle is probably because it's loose. I could be wrong but if it is loose, it's going to hang down a little so then if you tighten it, the opposite should occur? So, tighten it slowly and it should straighten out. DO NOT over tighten though. Maybe call a dealer, if no one here knows and find out how tight to put it... Some pictures might help someone to help you out also.
