New AR for the collection

I just finished, literaly, assembling my AR15 rifle kit. Some mods and upgrades to come. Pics later/soon as well.

DPMS stripped lower $159.00 ( alaska price )
Del-Ton Mid-Length rifle kit $465.00
Spanner wrench for butt stock castle nut $3.95
Shipping $30.00

I have to buy mags, a rear sight ( still undecided about whether to get a fold down rear or a fixed rear ) and found that my rings for the Millet Red Dot I already have, are to low, so I need to get taller rings.

I intend to go buy a mag and some ammo tomorrow so that I can fire this puppy this weekend. I sure am looking forward to it ! I think my wife will really like firing it also !

So far I am impressed with Del-ton quality as far as fit and finish.
The DPMS lower was immaculate for fit and finish.

look at the A.R.M.S. 40 flip-up rear sight. I have that on my AR and it is great... flip up when you need it, lock down when you are using an optic... it does not get in the way...

I recommend 44mag.com and c products mags with magpul followers. They are the best i have found, I've got a ton of Okay, and other us gi mags and i would trade them in for cProducts with magpul followers. Sometimes you catch him with a sale i bought 12 of them for 10 dollars a pop and free shipping. Great guy to deal with and great prices.

And buy a few magpul Pmags too for backup they are great.
