Ak MAg Accepting Chinese SKS

Just Purchased my First SKS---it's Chinese and Accepts AK 47 Mags!!!! I have been told that this is a Rare Pre Ban Rifle----cananyone help me Identify this as the Real thing???? HELP

sounds like an sks D. it might even say that on the side or somthing. what did you pay if you dont mind me asking?

Welcome! Like SB said, it should be a D model. They aren't all that rare, but they are harder to find than most SKS's.

Yep SKS-D, SKS-M, or a MC-5D. Pictures would be nice! We like 'em we do.

I have an SKS-M. Works great with all AK mags, except drums (mag well is too deep for the drums).
