Recommended Ammo for Mark II?

I have a Ruger Mark II Government Target Model which is a blast too shoot, but seems to be particular about the ammo used. I seem to have problems with jams using some of the less expensive 'brick' ammo (Thunderbolt, Aguila, etc.). Is there a list of recommended ammo for the Mark II?

id buy one box of everything till you find what it is accurate and reliable with. in my experience, bulk ammo is not worth buying.

I use CCI Blazers and never have a problem in my Ruger...

I used winchester T-22 for years in mine; not sure if it is still available?

I pretty much feed my Mark II the Federal copper plated bulk 550 box you can get at WallyWorld for about $9.00 (of course, its probably more with the ammo prices on the rise).

I don't get match grade accuracy, but I get very good accuracy.

But like lefty_o said, try a few different brands and see what your gun likes best.

Mine shoots CCI mini mags well. I also use stingers.
