I reload and the Varmint Grenades 36 grain for my .223 and they are great. Black Hills has them in the .223 but I believe they also have factory loads for the 22-250 now 36 grain. Try this website https://www.gilbertsguns.com (company name is GilbertsGuns).

They advertise the Black Hills Gold 22-250 36 grain not sure of the cost though
