| Should be the same process as field stripping a CZ 50; they are the same gun after all. 1. remove magazine then safe the weapon and check that it is unloaded 2. cock the hammer 3. pull down on the take-down tabs below the slide and 4. pull the slide back and upwards to free the slide from the rails 5. push slide forward and off of the barrel 6. remove spring from around barrel Reverse the steps for reassembly. That should be it. If you want confirmation then a google search for "CZ 70 field strip" or "CZ 50 field strip" will also reveal instructions with pics. It's how I learned to strip my 50, 52, Tokarev, Nagant, Mosin Nagant, AK, etc. |

| Er...instead of pulling down the non-existent take down tabs, you should depress the button that is on the right side of the frame above the trigger. Sorry, I got that step mixed up with another gun.  |
