Some do I believe, but it primarily means you can now have C&R items shipped directly to you, at your address, rather then pay for an FFL to handle the transaction and pay any other fees. It comes direct to you. And from what I've read, some places do offer special pricing on some items. Congratulations....
There was a few really great links on how it all works. If you search it here, you can find it. I don't remember who it was, but they put some really informative links for C&R. I think it was Marion... But yea, look for that thread/post. If I find it I'll link it here for you...
