1911 shooting matches, Cowboy-style

Well, the SASS, well known for Single Action Shooting, has added a new category, the "Wild Bunch", referencing the old film. It's Cowboy Shooting (Western-style clothing) using a 1911.

So, for you 1911 lovers, here's a chance to shoot semi-competitively, along with all us other Cowboys. Check out the SASS website if you're interested.

Wild Bunch

Howdy,

To my understanding, you have one pistol, with 2 magazinies loaded with 5 rounds each. Along with the 1911, you must use an '97 Winchester, and '92 SRC(or clones of each). Check out the SASS website SASS - Home. I think it's under the EOT blurb. I think I'll try if it's allowed at the shoot I got too.
