WOW!!! I've taken out a new 452 .22 LR with the Mannlicher stock a few times now and WOW!! This thing is sweet! I put a Nikon rimfire 4x32 classic scope on it and now anything in 70 yards is fair game with any ammo she's had so far. I'm talkin 10 pop cans set up and 2 5 rd. mags later they're all laid over 4 times straight. I tried it at 125 yards and of course it dropped more than a little but horizontal alignment was 1". At 125 yards with 5 shots. Everyone, I'm not ranting on purpose, but this shooter deserves it. There are 2 more rifles and a pistol with a CZ-USA stamp on them here and they are all worth more than they cost, but this thing is NIIIIICE. I mean, yeah, its creme de la creme, top-o-the-line, your wife's a supermodel but mine shoots a 452, its a keeper. I don't have a question or anything, just wanted to give those that dont have one (yet) a reason to get one.

billy has a CZ 452 American and the groups are real tight at 100 yards with his.
Try shooting a paper target and when you see how well that CZ 452 groups, you think your excited now, you'll be run'in home to change your drawers when you see how acurate they are on paper.

Runnin home is out of the question as the range is 45 min from home but this lil gal might make me reconsider figurin out a way to put in a range in my back yard without the neighbors wonder what the hell Im doin shootin guns in town. I know what you mean though Ark Hunter this little pup has a lot of squirrels, rabbits, cans, maybe an accidental turkey or two to bring to the plate.

try diffrent ammo's makers and see what brand shoots the best. just buy 1 or 2 bx's of each and shoot at a dot at a 100 yds. use a good bench and sandbags, and take your time.

i've got a 452 .22 full stock, it's my favorite .22, super accurate and good looking too. M- dog hows the wood on yours? the mannlicher's usually have nice figure and grain patterns.

Savoy she's a beaut, it was the display model they had at Cabelas, and with the looks of this I can see why it was the last one. Checkering is perfect, not too much finish, I can't imagine a better looking stock. Feel bad about using a scope with the fully adjustable sights though

My CZ 452 FS is great. Shoots great and looks great.

I've been waiting for them to release one with a good quality rear peep sight. Have only heard good things about the 452... but I'm not a buckhorn fan. Eyes have too many miles on'em.

Somewhat. But, the trick is to use the lowest rings possible. The little Weaver 2.5-7X28 allows for use of medium height rings. Low ones would have been better but the CZ's high bolt lift would not clear the ocular (rear) scope bell. It did let me see just how accurate the rifle could shoot. It is a solid half incher at 50 yards with the right ammo (when I am on my game).

I removed the scope recently to compete in the open sight class of our local 50/50 Sporter silhouette match. It felt like a breath of fresh air to shoot it again with the open sights. That's what it was designed for and that's how I will keep it from now on.

put that thing in a rest and......yeah they will shoot.

the reason i showed so many targets was to let you see that 1 or 2 really good groups werent an exception.

cz's are the best thing you can get for your .22 dollar i think.

as you can see even with crappy ammo this will still group nicely.
it likes wolf match target best out of what i have tried.

I have been vacillating about a new .22 rifle. For one, I don't "need" one. But on the other hand - so what?! And the CZ452 has just been haunting me. I just keep looking at it and looking at it, pricing 'em here and pricing 'em there. Of course, I do realize that if I just buy one, I could quit obsessing about it all and just shoot! Seeing the above targets sure is "inspiring!" (Still obsessing.)

sheffieldshootr, thats the same scope I got on my 452. Great scope for squirrel hunting and I like the looks of the small scopes on a 22!

My 452 shoots several ammo's very well. Tried some SK HV HP today and it does great. Best group at 65yds was 5 shots a dime will cover easily. Measured 7/16" C to C at the widest point.

i dont use mine for hunting(except for p-dogs) so it wears a 6x24x 44mm BSA CONTENDER
