Thumbs up M&P .45

Talked to S&W today (they are sending me 3 mag. extensions for my .40C) and I asked about a M&P .45C. He said May/June they will be coming out with TWO new models: one is a mid size w/ a shorter barrel and 10 round mag. and the other is a Compact model (no idea as to mag capacity).
I"M SO EXCITED!

Can you fit the fullsize mag into the .40c?

I have done it on mine. Makes it a bit hard to handle but can be done.

I quite a few people waiting on the M&P 45c. I might have to check one out myself.

Is it because of the weight? Back heavy?

LefthandShooter,
What kind of rig do you have for your M&P 40C ? Any comment is appreciated. I took home a new M&P 40c today and am still in a search for an IWB leather holster. I'm hoping I can find time this weekend to shoot it at the range.

I have a Blackhawk CQC holster (new low wall design), a Galco Fletch (made for an XD but it works) for the .40 full size, and a small inside the belt Uncle Mike's for the .40C.
I want a Galco Summer Comfort or the plastic version for the .40C but....
All are left hand, of course.

I hold my gun with my hand under the mag. on the .40C. With the mag sticking out it makes my hold not work.

I have both the M&P 40 and the M&P 45 and like them both. However, about the fugliest thing I've seen has to do with the M&P 45 and the new 14 round magazines
