| I didn't have to worry too much about documentation. They sent me to the Naval Hospital in San Francisco for my discharge physical, because of the injuries, and documented everything for me there! I never had any real problems with the VA, except for the early days. They had a lot of foreigners in the clinics, and with my hearing tore up, I couldn't understand a thing they were saying. I finally blew up on 'em, and told 'em to send me to someone who spoke english. When they found out I was service-connected, they got pretty darned nice, and I had no more trouble.
