| The first 3 pics are Mosins, the 4th is the SVT-40 and the 5th is the Finn TKIV-85 Sniper.

| and that SVT-40 is in the rarer sniper configuration, very nice. Heres what I've seen on websites: SVT-40:$600-$800 SVT-40 Mags:$100-$200 SVT Sniper Mounts and Scopes:$300-$400 So its a very expensive rifle to buy and its even harder to find. And you need an engineering degree to take apart I've heard.

| SVT40 Quote:
One sold at an auction close to here and it had an original scope and mount but not sure if the rifle was an original sniper notched by the Russian as they would not let me take the scope and mount off to verify. It went for $2000 but I was worried that the rifle was not original as not many original SVT40 sniper rifles were imported so I stopped bidding after $1500, figured the sum of the parts were worth that but no more then that. | |

| Shoulda kept bidding, even if it was original, it would've been awesome to own.

| Thats something is it not? 15 years ago a local dealer here was selling SVT 40's for around $350. Its one of those kick me things for not buying one. |
