| Does it cycle ok manually? If not, try a different magazine altogether and try cycling manually. If it does then, take it to the range with that mag and see what happens? Also get and try some different ammunition. Some guns are fickle.
Worse comes to worse, call Springfield back and first ask what "testing" involves? If they say they test fire it, ask with what kind of ammo and how many rounds? Then tell them you're only asking because you sent the thing in for repair and it's doing the same thing as if no one even did anything to it. Explain it looks better but doesn't function any better. Then ask about having to pay for shipping again. They might send a pick up for it?
I'm sure it's not all stuff you've thought of or considered, but then, maybe it isn't.
Is the safety any better? Did they at least fix that? Good luck.
