Only if you own more than 200. Although the onset of Mosinitis usually begins with exposure to just one. In my case a freind said "hey ya gotta shoot this". MODONE-DEAL.

Gotta define MOSINITIS then.
Mosinitis -
1) A disease charaterized by the desire for one more Mosin-Nagant rifle.
2) the desire to sleep or just cuddle with a Mosin-Nagant rifle.
3) a condition caused by exposure to Mosin cosmoline.
4) a disease that causes a condition known as MOLIPS from kissing Mosin rifles.
