| I'm with the folks that lean away from anything rimfire. If cost is a concern the Howa .223 caliber rifles are pretty affordable and will definitely get the job done.
The sound part of it is a little bit tougher call. Anything bigger than a .22 is going to be louder but....better than leaving a wounded animal out there. That'll really get the neighbors mad! |
