Arctic jaw dropper

The hardware store here in OTZ had high velocity remington short's selling for $4.99 an box the next box over was high velocity CCI's for $3 , Federal .22 brick of 500rds for $58 all this and 6% tax.
No wonder why eskimo's are pretty good shots they gotta be!
How bad has ammo gone up in your parts of the world?

I still pay $15 a box at walmart for Federals 550 value pack.

$12 for the 500/550 value packs at Walmart. I'm pretty sure $2 a box of 50 shorts. No competition there or is that typical?

$12.50 for 50 rnds of 17HMR and about $15 to $20 for 550rnds of 22lr
I have seen the 30-06 for about $1 to $1.50 per round.
