ruger .22 pistol

can i get the rear sight's grinded off and have some adjustable one's mounted on? and it looks like my barrel is screwed in if so can i have it replaced and have a bull barrel installed. i kave a mark1.22 made in 1973.

i forgot all about this thread ,lol i just went shoot the gun the other day it shoots really good i would like to have a nice mk11 with adjustable sights and a bull barrel.

Don't mess up a good shooter. The new one like you want would probably be as cheap as converting yours and then you have two. Much better as you can't have too many guns.

yea thats whati was thinkin too besides i have the original bx and owners manual and everything that goes with the gun so i think i should leave it alone.

Brownells has adjustable rear sights, as mentioned tho, a heavy barrel is expensive
