| Member | I was planning on learning to use Mil-Dot..I do not have any experience with any reticle presently..what would everyone suggest.? Is Mil-Dot the way to go.? I am not necessarily looking for what is easiest to learn or use. I want something that allows accurate hold off, elevation, etc. Something that is good for range determination, etc. I guess I just assume that Mil-Dot is the way to go since so many sniper/military sites mention it. Suggestions welcome. |

| Member | at what range would you say they are needed? I know once you are zeroed at 100yds you would have no use for them in shooting at a 100yd range, but what about 3-500.? What would be the reticle you'd recommend otherwise? something that allows for hold off for wind and motion.. |

| Member | Do you know what the total internal adjustment is on this scope.? I know it is a 1/4 MOA adjustment, but was wondering what the total possible adjustment is. I can get it locally for about 190 and am thinking that I will get it soon. |
