Read a little farther. He killed the first animals to make clothing as well. I can't imagine Him wasting the meat, so I'm gonna assume they ate it.
There is no written record of them eating it although I will go with it...

The only question remains is WHY did he kill the animal for it's skin???

He killed the animal to cover up the nakedness that Adam and Eve had just become painfully aware of AFTER the fall. Sickness disease and death came too, that does not mean that it was part of what God intended. Along with all the other things killing animals and eating thier flesh came as a result of the fall.

I guess God was showing mercy upon mankind after the fall when He allowed us to eat meat.

Well, the breeders of racehorses get a little crazy, trying to raise the next fastest horse, so it could be something in the breeding that caused that animals legs to be weaker than the norm. My old gelding and I spent many happy days up in the Sierras, wandering, hunting, and admiring God's work. Not to get religious. But my horse is a 50/50 arab/appaloosa cross, kinda willowy, and tough as nails. When he's in shape, and ridden a good bit, he weighs in at 850 to 900 pounds. I've had some derogatory comments, until they got their big Q-horses rode into the ground by my little "pony"! But PETA needs to go back to school, and do some refreshing, as far as I've read, the vegan diet is unhealthy, unless you take supplements. And the last time I looked, supplements ain't natural!

Dude!!! that video is awesome. It's great that there's people out there outing these hypocrite bastards. That's an older video, though, as last months issue (I think) of American Hunter reported the stats for 07, and I'm pretty sure it was something like 98% of animals they took in where euthanized. WTF?

God killing the first animal was also a foreshadow of the ultimate sacrifice to come.

I had heard that PETA was nothing more than a money maker years ago, with minimal care toward saving the animals... I have a big problem with killing pets..

Bloody PETAphiles.

Im just sick of being called a murderer because i feed the world.

BTW, i like all of you still have K9 teeth, this tells me that i am bred to eat meat.

PETA also wants to stop all animals being kept for any reason.

I heard some interesting statistics the other day. Did you know that vegans have a life expectancy of 2 years less than us meat eaters.

Their life expectancy could be signicantly shorter than that, if they plan on getting between me and a steak...

I agree with staying out from between me and my meat, and their life expectancy would also be much shorter, if they didn't take supplements to get what they're lacking in their diet. Maybe we could start a rumor that those supplements have animal byproducts in them, and they'd quit taking them, thereby bothering us for a shorter time!

I'm always amused by the health-food freaks who run around insisting on a natural, healthy diet, than take handfuls of supplements manufactured under unknown conditions and containing dubious, unregulated and unexamined substances.

I was listening to some idiot on the radio last year who proclaimed that the average American today will be lucky to live past early middle age, because of malnutrition due to the unhealthy depletion of our farmland of minerals and whatever. He said that he personally took seventeen separate supplements a day...all available through his radio program, of course.

Most vegetarians become that way later in life, after years of eating meat while "growing" up. If you take care of yourself, you will find that red meat does damage to your blood vessels over time and cutting back will prolong your healthy life. PETA takes it to extreme, but there is evidence out there that supports cutting back, not cutting out, red meat consumption.

My freezers are full of deer meat. We cut way back on beef. Maybe once or twice a month for eating beef.

I'll take the venison, anytime! I always thought it was healthier, and you fellas confirmed it for me, so I guess I'm doing my part to grow old and thumb my nose at 'em! The only thing I take is those "old man" vitamins, when my CMS allows it. For the youngsters, who haven't experienced it, CMMS is "cain't 'member sh*t"! All us older fellas know all about it. LMAO!!!

PETA is comprised of a group raving maniacs, psychotics, lunatics and criminals. Let me be real clear on this if any of them foolishly believe they can deprive me or mine of our property, pets or livestock I will treat them as any other criminal and act accordingly. I too have experience in production of IED's mine are just a wee bit more sophisticated than that shitbirds Molotov! LOL These morons efforts to "Save" animals has caused more suffering than leaving them alone.
