I can't figure out the criteria for that list. It doesn't seem to have a base logic to it. Anyhow I disagree with it for the most part. I wonder who compiled it and on what basis. There are 10 snakes alone on this earth that can take each position.

I would put humans at the top of the list.

Gotta go with the people at the number one position argument. You can avoid most animals in the wild, but every time you leave the house, there's a chance you'll run into a homicidal maniac!

I too was upset hippos weren't on the list instead of Elephants even, I read somewhere that they kill like 18 people a day. I may be wrong. But yet, it's way more than an elephant kills.

for those really dangerous people, the ones that just randomly kill others just cause they can. i feel that it's an insult to animals to put those humans into their category. as for these "humans" being dangerous, that's only cause they are cowards for the most part. they arm themselves and attack a victim that they choose based that they are smaller, weaker, older or whatever. they choose the victims based on some kind of disadvantage and hope like hell the victim aint armed.

+1 And when caught, they should be exterminated, with extreme prejudice! Not jailed, so we can support 'em for years on end!

I agree humans should top the list. But perhaps we need to get more specific. The joke about "a Marine with his rifle" is an old one. Personally, I'd put "a second lieutenant with a map" ahead of the Marine, because he can kill more faster by simply screwing up than a Marine can with his rifle. I'd certainly add "a carniverous gal in search of a wedding ring" to the list. But I think the most dangerous human of all is "a liberal politican with a Cause." Atomic bombs aren't in it by comparison for the amount of damage, pain and anguish politicans can cause "in the name of the Greater Good!"

Oh sorry...Jank Handey got this one right a while ago.

"Contrary to what most people say, the most dangerous animal in the world isnot the lion or the tiger or even the elephant. It's a shark riding on anelephant's back, just trampling and eating everything they see."

No way. The Worlds Most Dangerous animal is The Overweight Middle Aged White Women who are trying to finish their sales shopping so they can rush home and sit on the couch and watch American Idol and yell at the TV.

If you dont stay out of their way they will trample you into a roadkill flatter than a pancake made by an Albino midget with scoliosis and parkinsons. ($8764.00 on how much is your corpse worth).
