me too. 90 / 90 was my score.

Centrist, though I'm right on the line between that and liberal. I'm also right in the middle on libertarian/statist.

OH Crap !!!! LOL IS THIS BAD ?
ACCORDING TO YOUR ANSWERS,
The political group that
agrees with you most is...

.
CENTRIST

CENTRISTS espouse a "middle ground" regarding government
control of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on
the issue, they sometimes favor government intervention
and sometimes support individual freedom of choice.
Centrists pride themselves on keeping an open mind,
tend to oppose "political extremes," and emphasize what
they describe as "practical" solutions to problems.

The RED DOT on the Chart shows where you fit on the political map.

Your PERSONAL issues Score is 60%.
Your ECONOMIC issues Score is 30%.
(Scores falling on the Centrist border are counted as Centrist.)

Bravo

Congrats - although not in line with all of their platform issues,
I have been more Libertarian than anything else for
the last eight or ten years.

I think this quiz is crap. I just cant prove it yet. Cant put my finger on it but the first alarm bell was that it is hosted by a libertarian site. Second is that the questions are worded in a way that would lead a conservative to be scored as a libertarian. They mainly picked questions that conservatives and libertarians strongly agree with. Furthermore they have pigeonholed the conservatives to religious conservatives.

Just for the record my score

I agree. I came out 90% liberal on personal issues, 30% conservative on economic issues, and according to the little chart that means I'm a flaming, left-wing radical. I don't think so...

The problem with this quiz is that it tries to define people strictly by their attitude towards government, and people aren't that simple. For example, I'm actually quite conservative in my personal life: I'm heterosexual and monogamous; I play with guns and Jeeps; I drink my fair share of beer but don't do any drugs and haven't for many years; I don't gamble or spend money extavagantly; etc.

But I also firmly believe that my personal life is none of the government's damn business, and that other people's personal lives are none of my business unless they get in my way. That's a classic liberal belief.
