| Senior Member  | A walk past the mental hospital I was walking past the local mental hospital the other day and all the patients were on the outside exercise yard loudly chanting, “13....13....13.”' I couldn't see over the fence but I found a little gap in the planks and I peeped through to see what was going on. One of them poked me in the eye with a stick and they all started chanting, “'14....14....14...”
