air guns.......

havent had one in years! but i am being invaded by critters now,and i am now living in town so regular fire arms are out (dang neighbors!) whats the best(cheapest) air pistol out now? id prefer pump to co2. any feed back will be great!

You can get a laser sight for airguns at Wally World for about 20 bucks. They work pretty good. I put one on my "cat gun".

HOW CLOSE?

IF THE VARMENTS ARE FAIRLY CLOSE TRY 22 SHOT SHELLS. THEY DON'T MAKE ANY MORE NOISE THAN A AIR GUN.

The Aguila .22 Colibri and Super Colibri primer-only rounds are quieter than any air pistol. In a .22 bolt rifle, you here only the firing pin and the strike on target - "tink - Blap!" Excellent for those backyard safaris.
They also cycle well in a tube magazine, and are very good in a Henry lever-action.

gamo shadow 1000

i shoot a gamo shadow 1000
at 189.00 and 1000fps it's a solid value
and a nice piece
i got mine at wal-mart
it comes with cheesy scope so buy a laser
