I'd simply tell the pirates that if anything happens to the captain, they will each be keelhauled, on whatever nukie carrier is available. Can you imagine being drug under one of those monsters? Very few survived being keelhauled under a sailing ship, let alone a super carrier. Part of the punishment was you came up with a lot less skin, after being dragged over the barnacles on the hull. Do our carriers have barnacles? Can you say frickasee?
