Yugo M72 RPK Build

Hi, Need some help. I just received an all new parts kit and barrel with receiver. I have never put one together. What tools do I need and where can I get a schematic. I am mainly concerned about putting in the rivets.

You should consult YouTube there are many many videos about building ak rifles, but really this should've been pre research before buying all the parts haha

American Gunsmithing Institute has a video on building your AK parts kit. AGI - Categories - AKS

Good luck with your project. I took the easy way out and let The Firing Line build my M72 for me.

If there's any gun t learn on, you chose well. I was thinking about an mp5 parts kit. Reeaaaallllyyyy stupid idea in retrospect. AK should be doable though. Good luck.

Well the last time I saw a Century M72 at Classic Arms site they were about $700 and that was with a US barrel, which I can no longer find new. Mine is from an older kit with the original barrel and I have the same amount tied up in it so I figured this was a better investment.
