tapco mags

does anyone have or have bought any of them 20 rnd ak mags from tapco. they say hungarian tanker mags. do these function good . and will i have any problems with them fitting my sar1.

I use them interchangeably with 30 and 40 round Romanian and Polish mags in my AK magged SKS with no problems.

They are great magazines. I got two 4 packs with a leather tanker pouch and cleaning kit. For a metal AK mag, they are better finished than the Chinese and the E. German mags. The Hungarians made super rifles and accessories, top shelf!

I bought 4 un-issued still in the pack off of gunbroker a couple of months ago. They are great! :full:

that looks like a good deal Joe!!but i just got off the phone with tapco i orderd 4 20rnd mags the total came up to 32.95 with shipping. i already have a pack to put the mags in . i'm trying to stock up on my ak mags incase they ban the sale of them in my state.

I bought five of them from Tapco. They were all new (unissued), and they fit my SAR-1 perfectly.

don't buy the PRO MAG 30 rounder. It is a piece of junk.
