So im going to place my bid on a NIB Mak in 2 hours...im prety sure that im going to win too!!! So now that Im going to get an AK i need some mags...It comes with three 10 rounders, I want MOAR!!! Iv heard that the Bulgarian mags are the best, what about the Geman, are they any good??? I looked on K-VAR and cheaper than dirt...I like the 40 round Bulgarian waffle myself...I was just wondering what works good on th Maks and what dosent...thanks :assult: ITS MINE ALL MINE!!!!!!!!!!! I got a good deal on this i think...he listed it as a Mac90 instead of a Mak90 so im sure not may people stumbled upon it. Most of the Maks were like $400 with few if any accessories. Thanks for all the help guys, i would have had a pile (WASR, not to bash on them cuz iv never shot one) if it wasnt for you G&G!!! What are the dementions of this rifle...im going to get a hardshell case for it but i need its measurements...also heres the link...http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...?Item=47433608 so im already planning on getting all sorts of accessories for this thing... 1. Mak-90 compensator 2. See through scope mount 3. Recoil Buffer 4. Shepheards Crook 5. Tactical Mag. Release 6. A new FCG, not sure what kind or brand, any suggestions? You will have to WAIT and see what is in it ! How the receiver is cut determines which trigger it takes !

good to hear that you are going with the mak. when you get it, take the stock off and give us a picture to see if you have angle or straight cut(that is if you want to put a new stock on). mine turned out to be straight cut, and we had to do a lot of modyfying on my new stock!!

I think im going to stay with the original stock to tell you the truth. I dont want to go through all the hassel, so forget that idea... Are these any good??? http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.ph...cat=248&page=1 Last edited by sickwitems; 04-30-2006 at 07:22 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |

I had a Mak-90 just like that one. The trigger actually wasn't that bad. I would try it out before getting another one. As for mags, I like the mags made in China. It would be technically correct for your rifle, but of course any mag will work. I don't know that I have seen a bad AK mag.. Also, the chineese drums are awsome -if you can find one. Good price on a good rifle - congrats! |

THat is a good deal and Yugo mags are really good! If I didn't have so many mags I'd get that too.
