ak 47 stocks

my wasr 10s stock is too short. do the collapsable stocks extend out farther than the wood one i have ?i know they shorten for body armor. thanks in advance!

I dont know about the T6 but wood pistol grip stocks from www.ironwooddesigns.com are excellent. looks great on my MAK 90. I dont think you have to do compliance like i did because you already have a pistol grip set.

I have an SAR-1 w/ a T6. Fully extended LOP is 14 1/2". Fully closed, 11 1/2".

thank you uncle red! i guess im not the only one who gets up early. i think im going to get one

future marine, i looked at ironwooddesign pretty stuff! but not what im after, at least for this one..

Just for future reference if you order from him also ask him where the best place to get the buttplate and sling attatchments. he gives you this one site out of Carson City, NV and it has great prices

If you're considering a wood one that isn't adjustable, I can taylor them to your preferred style and length and install either a FAL buttplate or any you care to provide.

There is also a 1" rubber butt extension for the SKS and the AK,they even have the hole in them to access the cleaning kit.

Sorry about that. LOP= Length of Pull. The distance from the face of the trigger to the face of the center of the butt stock.

You can also buy whats called "NATO" length stocks that are longer than ComBloc stocks...

Yeah, a great advantage of the AK design is that it can take a true folding stock, not have a recoil tube sticking out the back.

I went with the t-6 stock package ,that way my little sister (who loves to shoot) can comfortably fire it also , and i like the looks

That's my opinion of the advantages of that stock style. Glad you're able to help a younger shooter shoot enjoyably.

She likes noisy powerful guns, she liked my ruger sp101 357mag so much that she got one herself! with the crimson trace laser grips and all .
