After reading THOUSANDS of threads, here is the answer from the gurus at CUGIR received today by snail mail.

Wassenaaar Araangement- 10 round rifle...
I do not want to go into a long description, just search Wassenaar Arrangement. You wlll see that this is THE correct answer.....

It took snail mail to get an answer. I am mailing the US Rep that Att the W A to confirm. Will let you know what seals the deal, or kills the deal.

I have no reason to disbelieve, yet I have no resaon TO believe until I receive snailmail that confirms... I have spent WEEKS on this endeavor. for no apparent reaon other than the FINAL answe.r
