AK Accessories

I was looking that Ak's online and I noticed that almost all the WASR-10 rifles come with bayo, bayo lug, cleaning kit, and other accessories. But Ak's like the Yugo M70B1 and other ones with the dimples in the side don't come with a cleaning kit, cleaning rod, or bayo. Is there a reason for this? Is it because the WASR's are made with more American parts thus being able to have the extras and the SAR's aren't so then can't have them to stay legal? Does anyone know of a place that sells an Ak cleaning kit and accessories?
