| Classic Arms Service A+++ I have to give classicarms.us some praise. I recently ordered a few Ak's and some other toys from them all of which looked great, but one of the Chrome Yugo's was not working properly. It would fire properly but would not chamber another round. I called Classic arms sales department and told the lady about my problem. She confirmed my address and said Ups would pick it up from my house. I was expecting to have to bring it to my ffl dealer and have them ship it back to C,A and then have to pay a fee and shipping. I didn't have to pay one cent. They paid for the shipping both ways and had the rifle back to me within 9 days. Inside the package there was a hand written letter explaining that the guys in the custom shop had forgot to put a part back in the rifle while chroming it, and that the part had been replaced. They also apoligized for the inconvenience and gave me a promag, and a regular metal ak magazine for the hassle. Classic arms went above and beyond to fix my problem and i will definitely be dealing with them in the future, and hope some of you may consider this when purchasing a rifle from an online dealer. |

| Now that's how you keep a customer and where word of mouth will bring in even more new ones. G-Meister

Of course, if it were me, I'd call or email to be sure of what I needed to do. G-Meister

The good thing about buying from online vendors is you don't have to pay sales tax so that usually covers your shipping expense. Your dealer has to fax over his license information to classic arms before you can make your order. | |
