Saiga handguard

I know I saw this on a forum somewhere. Somebody had step by step directions and I think there were pix of how to put rails on the saiga handguard. I have the 308 and rather replacing it and going through the hassle of modifying a new one to fit the barrel it would be easier to add rails to the one that already fits. All I want is a short rail to mount this to it GRIP POD GPA 01 - BLACK/POLYMER: Mounting Solutions Plus (MSP)

It is a bit pricey but really freaking cool.
