I NEED HELP!

Im going to get my first ak in the next few days and i need help to know what direction to go. Im looking to spend around $400.
I was thinking about getting the New Romanian RL1413N 7.62x39 Rifle with Side Folding stock I foung on AIM. IS THIS A DECENT GUN?( AIM Romanian RL1413N 7.62x39 Rifle Romanian RL1413N 7.62x39 Rifle )

or I was going to wait for a cheep one to show up on gun broker

But I did find this FULL AUTO parts set for $195 but i dont know anything about these ( GunBroker.com guns: RIFLE GUN PARTS SET FULL AUTO ROMANIAN AK-47 AK47 (item: 96448377 ends: Apr-04-08 01

54 AM) ) I have no gun building experience but i think i could figure it out (is this a realy hard thing to do?) and also whats up with this full auto set seems shady, why is it so cheep? seems to good to be true. what parts would i need? is it legal? I live in AZ so most of its all good. (IS IT WORTH IT?)

Buy the Romanian Wasr AK its a good one,I have built serveral parts kits and you need to make rivet squeasers and have a press ,drill press,drimel and basic tools to do it plus some AK knowledge.
