| Not true. I have some Military Classic 124gr FMJ that I recently bought that has the grey polymer coating and shoots very nicely. If the MC is cheaper, get it, but just check inside to see if the coating is grey or green. Grey = polymer (good) Green = lacquer (not good, but not all that bad, really) ETA: With a closer look comparing it to some Wolf Black Box 122gr HP I have, the only difference is the MC has the red lacquer around the bullet where it meets the case to prevent moisture from entering and fouling the powder while the WolfBB doesn't. Though, both have the same red lacquer around the primer.

| I've been burning away at a 1,000 rds of wolf black box polymer coated and haven't had a single problem to date. I've shot about 500rds with 0 problems I recently ordered 500 rds of brown bear, and 500 rds of silver bear. Thought i would try something new. It should be here tuesday. |

| Even better buy some Golden Tiger. Wolf black box gave me the worst grouping. I shot. Wolf Black Box, Military Classic and Golden Tiger. GT was far better than the rest. ![]() Check this site out: AR15.COM :: Forums :: Paging Zhukov for a Russian cartridge picture update... |

| I love the Golden Tiger. Best price I have found is $195 per 1000 rds shipping included. Just ordered some a couple of weeks ago. Ammo Connection The other ammo I really like is Barnaul in the new zinc/nickel plated steel case for better functioning and reliability. That looks like the silver bear stuff i just ordered. It should be here tomorrow. The only draw back is the plated stuff isn't supposed to be all that weather resistant. | |

| ttwinsupra, here...$209.97 for 1,000 rounds 122Gr. of Wolf FMJ. $199.47 if you're a member? Wolf 7.62x39 Mm 122 Gr. Fmj 500 Rds., Rifle Ammunition, Wolf at Sportsman's Guide And here if you want 1,000 rounds of hollow point for $199.97 or $189.97 if you're a member? Wolf 7.62 X 39 122 Gr. Hp 500 Rds., Rifle Ammunition, Wolf at Sportsman's Guide I know the links say 500 rounds, trust me, you can also get 1,000 rounds. I heard here, or rather read here that hollow points hold a tad bit better accuracy? But hey, not a bad price either way. Or try the AMMOMAN.COM d/b/a Discount Distributors his prices include shipping.
