| There isn't a comparison video, that I have been able to find at least. Though according to sources, both rifles are capable of shooting 1 MOA using either 7N1/7N14 ammo and providing the shooter is competent. Here is a good comparison from Dragunov.net; Dragunov dot net - PSL Rifle Compared to Izhmash Tiger They compare the mechanics of both rifles mainly with side by side photos. According to other parts of Dragunov.net, both rifles are have near the same performance despite their obvious design differences.

You know what. I have been looking at the two ( Genuine SVD vs. PSL ) and I think the PSL is a beautiful gun compaired to the SVD. I know they were meant for military use, and beauty is "in the eve of the beholder", but mine eyes are seeing PSL's when I sleep! LOL!
