Brass catcher?

Hey guys, I don't often post because you usually answer my questions before I knew I needed to ask them.

Does anyone use a brass catcher at the range? I'm looking for something small that clips to an AK or possibly could be used on any semi-auto, not like the big PVC stand that I found with the search in here. Getting tired of sweeping up brass and I don't like leaving a mess at my range. Thanks

Some time ago Shaun posted a picture of the one he made and gave his blessing on other making one.

I took the liberty to download his pic and I will post it. I surely home Shaun still doesn't mind.

As you can tell the frame is made out of PVC and I think he sad the bag was made out of a flexible screen door material.

thats what i mean Papa G. I don't want a big stand to drag around. I've seen some of the clip on plastic types and some of the bag types that look like they attached with velcro. Anyone try any of these? Someone makes a really nice plastic one that clips to the AK, but I don't really want to spend 40 bucks for something that only works on one gun.

Brass Catcher?...Hmm, I didn't even know such a thing existed! I'm one of those range freaks who collects all of his spent brass and tosses it into a camo bag before leaving but never thought of a brass catcher.

I usually just try to position myself on the firing line so that as little flying brass as possible will interfere with other shooters OR if not possible I just apologize to those "down wind" of me in advance for anything that my come flying their way. LOL

LOL!

E&L makes a pretty slick plastic one that clips on and holds about 60 casings. I just figured I'd ask and see if anyone has had any experiences with any of these or others on the market
