Wish I had some more bison to grill up, the last one was great. Did up some ribeyes from her on trapper lake under a full moon -30 Denali in the background, an yea the beer was cold.

We have 3 Herds...Drawing Lottery only to get a permit...2 of the herds are within 100 miles of me...Copper River Herd and Chitina herd...The other is the Delta Herd near Delta Junction about 3 hours north of me...

BBQ yummmm, for sauce i use dejardins killer,
Its made on a farm in Buda Texas, the best.
We actually stopped by when we were in Texas,

I've grilled during a rainstorm - our local Grillmeister lets NOTHING stop him form cooking!

During cold weather, we Florida Rednecks build a big bonfire, drag out some coals and roast our oysters while drinking beer - we burn on one side and freeze onthe other - turn around every so often to even things out.
You see only the guys doing this - the ladies are smarter - they stay indoors......
