.22 JET C-F Magnum Question

Can anyone tell me all the firearms that use this round? It is between a .303 and a .22 round so you can judge the size. That is the box in the background.

Smith and Wesson used to make a revolver for this round. It was pretty much a flop.

.22 Jet C-F Magnum

Capt'n Mil Coll: Sir; go to reloadbench.com/cartridge/p22rj.html

A very short article of what seemed a good to better round.

The S&W Model 53 revolver.

Back in the mid-60's where I grew up the round was used in a number of rechambered single-shot .22LR bolt actions as the preferred deer poaching rifle as they were cheap and disposable.
