Typical group size?

Just out of curiousity, what is a good typical group at 100 yards for 30 rounds? I'm shooting at "Official 25-yard timed and rapid fire pistol target" but using it at 100 yards. Shooting off a bench and taking my time, about one shot every 5 or 10 seconds. I'm using the Bushamster Patrolmans carbine M4A3, 16" 1 in 9 twist barrel. Shooting 62gr fmj's. I'm not getting good consistant groups, all rounds are inside the 9 ring, but still pretty spread out, is this common accuracy for this rifle? Or is it me that just can;t shoot straight? Here's the set up I'm using.

Maybe a better scope?, this one's 4 power.
I'm new to AR firearms, so any help would be great.

I have a 1.5-6x scope on mine.

I can do a 3/4" 3 shot group, 1-1.25" 5 shot group, and then kicked it down to 1.5x and did about 1 shot every 1-3 seconds and held about a 2-3" group.

That was only the 1 trip to the range. I need to go again and see what it'll do this time. I shoot better in the cold.
