Got a 3 point Quick combat sling

Just got this and a 6 position folding stock for my Olympic Arms AR-15. Did'nt have this type of sling when I was active duty, but does anybody have any links to sites with good pictures and directions on how to use or put on body. The direction that came with were pretty vague, and only showed the patrol, and tactical carry but are crappy pictures of it and don't show all positions or how to get into these with this sling. I'm sure theres a few ways to use this sling? Just who what where when why and how? thanks for patience and help folks. OOH-RAH !!
