Gorgeous gun. I'm completely new to the M4 world...about how much does a decent upper and lower cost?

The prices on parts have gone through the roof in the past few months, especially with RRA. Your best bet would be to order something like a Mega, Superior Arms, or Double Star lower(all around $100), or Stag unless they've gone up to(have to check). Then go to Del-Ton and order one of their rifle kits.

Nice rig, I am building something that is going to be very similar, but Aimpoint rather than EO Tech. Post some more pics in different views. Mega and Stag are the best bang for your buck in lowers and RRA and Stag for uppers. Bushmaster is one of the most solid choices of you can make as well.
