| Senior Member | NO, it's not a .223 ......
I got my new upper this week. .243wssm 24" shilen barrel I ordered the upper from Dtech Superstore (gun page 2) This thing is SWEET!!!!! The fit and finish is amazing. It has a nice heft to it, but that's to be expected. I mounted a Zeiss 4.5-14x44 in a LaRue SPR 1.5 mount. I highly recommend every component on here. I'm hoping to have a range report after this weekend. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I have seen them at the range in both .243and .223WSSM. They shot great but had some feed problems.That.223 WSSM is a real hot cartridge.Well,so is the .243WSSM. sam.

I took it to the range yesterday, and it shot great. The only feed problems I had were from the brass catcher blocking the empty shell. It held about a 3/4" group with the Winchester silvertips, and about a 1" group with the Winchester soft points. I think after a few good trips with cleanings it will tighten up considerably. I'm going to start handloading as well for it. |

Very nice gun. I'm a big AR platform fan. Have three in .223.
